Measurement/Assessment: Includes the
Edge Knowledge for Leaders and The
Edge 360 Leadership
Assessment.
Classroom: Six days of classroom instruction divided into three two-day sessions spread over the six months. Speakers and facilitators will be world-class subject matter experts. Some speakers will be book authors and experts from outside the company, while others will be internal leaders who work for the company.
Online courses: 15 Skill Soft online development course in each topic covered in the assessments. Can be taken 24 /7 (self-directed study) for a period of one year.
Reading Assignments: Assignments both before and after class of specially selected leadership titles.
Conference calls: Bimonthly conference calls (divided into smaller groups) to discuss development progress, as well as the reading assignments.
Case Studies: Sales Case studies in class that are specific to the business. Case study project outside class to work on solving specific challenges of your organization.
Mentoring: Each leader will be assigned a specially selected internal mentor for sales leadership development over a 6 month period.
Coaching: A comprehensive coaching effort with key leadership the first 6 months and group coaching for participants for the next 3 months.
